Juiced Nomadix Just Changed the E-Moto Game

image 9

Fresh off the heels of Juiced surprising the moped-style eBike category with the relaunch of the Juiced Scrambler, the brand is already making another huge swing.

But this time they aren’t coming for moped-style eBikes.

They’re coming for eMoto.

Meet the new Juiced Nomadix, a lightweight electric dirt bike platform claiming up to 70 mph with pricing starting at just $2,499. And honestly, if Juiced can deliver on even 80% of what they’re promising here, the entire lightweight e-moto market is going to feel it.

Wait… $2,499?

That’s the part that immediately grabbed everyone’s attention.

The lightweight e-moto category has exploded recently, but so have prices. A lot of bikes with serious performance are landing well north of $4,000 once you start adding decent suspension, larger batteries, and real brakes.

Then Juiced shows up and basically says:

“Here’s a 60+ mph electric dirt bike for less than a lot of commuter eBikes.”

That’s wild.

According to the launch announcement, the standard Nomadix uses an 8kW setup capable of 60 mph, while the higher-end Nomadix R bumps output to 15kW and claims a 70 mph top speed.

That’s not “fast for an eBike.”

That’s actual motorcycle territory.

The Specs Sound Surprisingly Serious

A lot of budget e-motos look impressive until you realize they’re using glorified mountain bike components pushed beyond their comfort zone.

The Nomadix actually sounds properly built for the speeds it’s claiming.

Here’s some of what Juiced announced:

  • 8kW or 15kW power options
  • Up to 70 mph top speed
  • 72V battery systems
  • Samsung or LG battery packs depending on trim
  • Up to 50 miles claimed range
  • 220mm suspension travel
  • KKE motorcycle-style suspension
  • DOT hydraulic brakes
  • Six-piston calipers
  • Massive 220mm rotors
  • 19” front / 16” rear wheels
  • Roughly 160 lb weight

Honestly, the brake setup might be the most impressive part.

Six-piston calipers on a lightweight bike like this is serious hardware. Most bikes in this category still feel like oversized bicycles when you really start pushing them hard. The Nomadix sounds much closer to an actual dirt bike setup.

This Feels Very “Lectric”

Another huge part of this story is who’s behind the reboot.

Juiced is now operating under leadership connected to Lectric eBikes, and if you’ve followed the eBike industry over the last few years, the strategy here feels familiar:

  • Aggressive pricing
  • Huge value proposition
  • Better specs than expected
  • Pressure everyone else to lower prices

That exact formula helped Lectric become one of the biggest eBike brands in America.

Now it looks like they’re aiming directly at the lightweight e-moto market next.

And honestly, the category probably needed it.

The Parent Mode Feature Is Actually Smart

One feature we’re glad to see Juiced continuing is their PIN-protected speed limiting system.

Basically, riders can lock the bike behind a code and restrict performance for newer or younger riders.

That’s especially important when your “entry-level” bike is capable of 60 mph.

In a market where a lot of brands are only talking about speed and power, it’s nice seeing at least some attention paid to safety and rider control too.

The Big Question: Can They Actually Pull It Off?

That’s what everyone wants to know.

Because on paper, the Nomadix looks almost too good for the money.

Juiced says deliveries are expected to start in August 2026, with refundable deposits already open.

If production bikes actually perform close to these claims, though, this could easily become one of the most disruptive launches we’ve seen in electric powersports in years.

RiderGuide Take

We’ve tested over 200 electric rides at this point, and every once in a while a launch comes along that makes the whole industry stop scrolling for a second.

This feels like one of those launches.

Fresh off rebooting the moped-style eBike category with the Scrambler, Juiced is now taking direct aim at lightweight e-motos with motorcycle brakes, real suspension, Samsung battery options, and pricing that honestly doesn’t make much sense.

In a good way.

Now we just need to ride one. Stay tuned for that.

  • how much more expensive would it have to be if it was road legal? 15kW, 70mph. I don’t think I Would ever get comfortable riding that on the streets in MD. I mean I see kids riding surrons downtown, running red lights, etc. but as a grown up adult I don’t feel like outrunning cops on my comlute. this is absolutely a motorcycle by MD law (mopeds are restricted to 1.5hp) I would definitely register and insure it, hopefully it’s not too expensive.
