Back in April, Lectric announced the Lectric XPress, the company’s first full-size, non-folding electric bike with a torque sensor for a more natural pedaling feel. Now,  the XPress comes in a 750W version with expanded battery capacity, and it’s on sale for under $1,300 + get a free spare battery, a $500 value, when you buy now. 

Lectric has become known for their compact, folding ebikes that push the limits when it comes to balancing great built quality with affordability. But they haven’t become well-known yet as a company that makes full-size bikes. 

That might change with the XPress, a full-size non-folding commuter ebike with mtb-size 27.5 tires, a torque sensor for a more natural pedaling feel, and premium features like a full-color LCD display for a less than premium price. 

Riders can now purchase the XPress with a bigger 750W motor and more battery capacity for up to 60 miles of range – and they can buy it for less than $1,300, an unheard-of price for these features. The full MSRP of the 750W XPress is $1,799, and it will probably go back up to that price once the spring and Father’s Day sales are over. 

The original XPress, with a 500W motor, is still available at its bargain basement price of $999.
