Created and documented repair processes which resulted in a significant reduction in repair costs and time. Worked closely with engineering team to create SOPs. Reduced parts costs by 50% through accurate forecasting, auditing, and waste reduction. Position was eliminated due to warehouse/operations closure from COVID-19.

Led a team of 18 direct reports. Doubled repair output in first 8 weeks. Simultaneously decreased labor cost by 13.5%. Created hardware improvements which reduced certain types of vandalism by 80%. Worked with product team to integrate these changes into existing and future scooters. Created and implemented new systems to improve accuracy of inventory management.
