Managed in a warehouse and out of warehouse operations for SF, including 24 contingent workers. Doubled SF scooter fleet while reducing headcount by 47%. Created and documented repair processes which resulted in a significant reduction in repair costs and time. Worked closely with engineering team to create SOPs. Reduced parts costs by 50% through accurate forecasting, auditing, and waste reduction. Position was eliminated due to warehouse/operations closure from COVID-19.

Led a team of 18 direct reports. Doubled repair output in first 8 weeks. Simultaneously decreased labor cost by 13.5%. Created hardware improvements which reduced certain types of vandalism by 80%.
