Managed in a warehouse and out of warehouse operations for SF, including 24 contingent workers. Doubled SF scooter fleet while reducing headcount by 47%. Created and documented repair processes which resulted in a significant reduction in repair costs and time. Worked closely with engineering team to create SOPs. Reduced parts costs by 50% through accurate forecasting, auditing, and waste reduction. Position was eliminated due to warehouse/operations closure from COVID-19.

Led a team of 18 direct reports. Doubled repair output in first 8 weeks. Simultaneously decreased labor cost by 13.5%. Created hardware improvements which reduced certain types of vandalism by 80%. Worked with product team to integrate these changes into existing and future scooters. Created and implemented new systems to improve accuracy of inventory management.

Restored high value ($1M+) European sports cars and race cars. Performed complete vehicle disassembly, documentation, diagnostics, repair, sourcing, testing and research for historical accuracy. Overhauled components, and fabricated missing parts. Responsible for final Q.C. and track side diagnosis/repair of race cars.

Managed business operations of motorcycle dealership as co-founder/co-owner. Profitable at three months. Remained profitable thereafter. Refurbished motorcycles as lead mechanic, negotiated purchase price and set (fixed) sale prices of motorcycle inventory. Personally sold over 1,000 motorcycles. Sold business on May 1, 2016.

Responsible for all aspects of marketing and commercialization of pulsed UV Lasers (from product definition through product obsolescence). Introduced 3 new products in first 6 months with Coherent. Responsible for developing and executing long and short term product-plans and road-maps. Worked directly with key clients to understand customer and market needs to assist the company's product development activities. Provided 12 month rolling forecast, prioritized manufacturing allocation.

Successfully introduced new high repetition-rate 1W UV laser. Worked closely with sales and engineering departments to develop new products, plans, and managed updates to existing product line. Developed and implemented company-wide go-to-market plans, worked with all departments to execute. Provided a six month rolling forecast, and prioritized manufacturing allocation.
