XT5 Pro Overview: What’s New
The XT5 Pro is Navee’s off-road play. Where the rest of the lineup leans commuter, this one gets 12-inch knobby tubeless tires, Damping Arm suspension front and rear, and an IPX6 rating so rain and puddles are not a problem. Navee rates the frame for a 330-pound load and quotes a climbing grade of about 32 to 36 percent, so it is built to take some abuse off the pavement.
The catch, and the thing every early reviewer has flagged, is the top speed. Electrek’s Micah Toll called it “awesome except for one little thing,” and that one thing is a mandatory app registration before the scooter will unlock its full 31 mph. More on that below.

Motor and Claimed Top Speed
Ignore the “dual motors” label you might see on some store listings. That is template noise. The XT5 Pro is a single rear-motor scooter, rated at 700W and peaking at 2,200W, which Electrek confirmed in its hands-on review. That is plenty of grunt for an all-terrain build in this price range, and paired with the traction control system it should hold its footing on loose surfaces.
Top speed is where the asterisk lives. Navee claims 31 mph, but you only get it after you register the scooter in the app. Out of the box it is capped slower. Electrek measured about 30 mph once unlocked, so the claim holds up, but the mandatory app step is the “one little thing” that keeps this from being a clean win. Battery and Claimed Range
The XT5 Pro carries a 46.8V 12.75Ah pack, which works out to 596.7Wh. Navee claims up to 46.6 miles at a steady 9.3 mph, and a more realistic 19.3 miles at 24.9 mph. That second number matters more, because nobody buys an all-terrain scooter to crawl at 9 mph. Electrek measured real-world range at around 23 miles, so figure on roughly 20 to 23 miles if you ride it the way it wants to be ridden.
Charging is a bright spot. The standard charger fills the pack in 5 to 6 hours, but Navee also supports a 10A fast charge that drops that to about 1.25 to 1.5 hours. We will post our own tested range once we get a unit on our standard loop.
