We recently reviewed the Roadrunner RS5+, and if you’re interested in replicating the same P settings we used, then check out our guide for all the information you need.

To access the P settings menu of the Roadrunner RS5+:

  • Press the power button 3 times in succession
  • Once the selected value begins to flash quickly, press the power button just once to cycle through available options
  • Press the power button again to exit the current P settings or advance to the next P-setting
  • If there is no activity for 8 seconds, the P-settings will automatically exit.

For example, if you want to modify whether your ride displays kilometers or miles as its unit of measurement, you would need to enter P1settingd by pressing the power button three times in a row. Then once it begins flashing, you would press it again once to select 0 (KM) and a second time for 1 (miles). Once you’ve made your selection, simply hit the power button again to proceed to the P2  setting.

Now that we know how to navigate around it easily enough, here are some of our suggestions on what values should be used:

As always, these settings are not set in stone, and what worked for us might not be the same ride experience you’re looking for. Feel free to experiment with the various settings, but steer clear of the P2, P3, and P4 unless you have changed the scooter components, such as the wheels or the battery.
