Preview and Pre-Order the New Vtron Trail X Now
Electric dirt bikes are all the rage, but they’re not always sold in street legal packages and authorities are cracking down on street riding.
When you pre-order one (or both) of the two new electric motorcycles (e-motos) from Vtron, the 72V Trail X3 & and 96V Trail, you get the option of ordering off-road, street, or hybrid tires for versatility.
But the Vtron Trail X3 isn’t quite yet street legal in most states, and you ride on the road at your own risk. The Trail X6, however, has a fully street-legal version with mirrors, speedometer, turn signals, etc, as well as a 19×19 tire setup and 48T sprockets and 385Nm of torque.
These are high-powered bikes with 380 and 452Nm of torque, respectively, for the Trail X3 and Trail X6 off-road version, and they have a range of features including four-piston, 203 mm hydraulic brakes, front and rear adjustable hydraulic suspension, and a mixed 19×16 wheel setup for the X6 off-road version.
Both off-road and on-road versions of the Vtron Trail X6 claim a top speed of 60 mph. We hit 55 on the speedometer, but it’s clear there’s a speed governor. With 12,000W of peak power on tap, the Trail X6 is definitely capable of higher speeds.
